Once we've looked over your current materials, we'll schedule a phone conversation to really dig in and better understand your previous positions, achievements, and what you're most proud of in your career. This step will give us better insights into the information that will truly make your cover letter and resume stand out. This is also where you can ask any questions your have about the process, and next steps.

FIRST DRAFT AND REVIEW

Let's get to work

Once we've developed a first take on your resume and/or cover letter, we'll send it over for your review. Our goal is to ensure that you're happy with the direction we're going and the way your professional story is being told. We'll walk you through the current documents and explain the presentation, format and approach. We also want to hear from you. Your voice is crucial in this process, so we'll incorporate your input and changes you'd like to see made. In the end, your voice will be a huge part of the final product.
